I’m a 69-year old, former Zumba instructor (still dance) who never did yoga. I never thought I had the patience for yoga - taking a class required a 30 minute drive and classes were an hour long. I just wanted to dance! Then Covid struck and I discovered YOU and yoga! I started with 30 days of yoga and have moved on to whatever shows up in my YouTube subscription. My body is so grateful for your easy to follow instructions, the stretching and the calming presence you bring to my life a couple times a week for 20 - 30 minutes. Thank you for your generosity by offering these free instructions.

That was exactly, what I needed! My mom died 4 weeks ago and the last week I sruggled with Covid, and the last two days I started with WONDER. And now I feel coming back to me!

Dear Adriene, I have been working out with you since January 1, 2022. You have captured my imagination and often reside in my head with your supportive comments such as, "You've got this!" I love the little word slips, maps instead of mats. Then you laugh. Your impish humor allows me to see you more clearly and believe that you're not another shill duping me into parting with my money. Somehow, you reach out to me through the video and offer me the opportunity to care for myself and care for others. Thank you!

My husband and son are both hospitalized due to dengue fever and Adriene is the one who can make my world still have some sense 😂 Thank you for this practice! 🙏

Ah Adriene. I am so grateful to be back doing yoga with you again! <3 I started in november I think - and did yoga with you almost everyday until 2nd of march when I managed to sit my knee down on a big shard of ceramic which entered right under my kneecap. I had stitches, but apparently something is still lodged in the knee, so I cannot run or do yoga fully until it has been operated upon. So it is a vulnerable time for me; mother of three, one child with multiple handicaps. Yesterday I decided to start doing yoga again - to the best of my abilities. I feel a bit sad for all the mobility I've lost but so so moved by being back with you - even though this is not a live video, I so feel your love and care. So Thank you. I am back. A bit wounded, a bit slower, a little bit sad, but doing the best I can. Love you and thank you for doing this for the world <3

I started my first journey into yoga three months ago, I was just so desperate to find some back pain relief that I just randomly decided to look up a back pain yoga video. That freaking video changed my life, I couldn’t believe that after all this time of doctors, medications, couch sitting and just basically becoming a human sloth... really what I needed to feel better was to show myself a little love on the mat, and accept a little encouragement from Adrienne. Yoga has become an increasingly huge element in my life and I’m so grateful for your videos and this community of people. Sending all my love, namaste <3

I'm a driver in California and drive 12 hours a day. I hate to think of my journey without ywa. It keeps me physically prepared. And mentally with the great energy this woman brings! Namaste much love!

Begin day 6. August 2022. We flew from Ireland to Boston yesterday, so waking up with jet lag in a heatwave. Delighted to have my new travel yoga mat and could cast Adriene onto the big screen in the hotel room. What a great practice to begin our holiday. Ready for the day ahead.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! It was peace returning to the session for a 3rd time. Today is Begin Day - 6. I came to my mat in the evening. I haven been feeling under-the-weather with a cold, so a morning practice didn't happen for me. It was refreshing. Wide-legged forward fold was overwhelming with a cold. I had a sneezing attack. Regardless, I'm glad a made it to the mat. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase 🦋♥️🦋

Skipping ahead to this one, as tomorrow morning I'll have less time. It felt nice doing this, I can feel my body is recovering its strength :) I don't always set an intention, but today I imagined myself as a flower gradually growing. It was a nice mental image hehe.

Was woken up by a call from a friend last night and he asked this morning if I had wine last night and in explaining my early night was due to two days of intense coaching, I realized I neither drank wine nor wanted to in a while because yoga has been my coping mechanism. Plus it is free. Thank you Ade and to this wonderful community, I am building a deeper, stronger sense of self without the "joints" haha

Day 19 of STILL, my lazy birthday 🎂 yesterday was very inactive and hasn’t helped my arthritis 😯 so I took the easy options through this practice today to protect my joints and enjoy my daily time on my mat, super important 😊 see you tomorrow Adriene for Moon Practice or one of my choice 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️💕
