A quick morning yoga flow you can do in bed that only takes 5 minutes!

Hey yogis, I've been getting requests for yoga poses and sequences you could do in bed and thought that was a great idea :) Here's a super quick routine you can do every morning before getting out of bed.

All you need is 5 minutes and this is great for all experience levels, including beginners. Stretching in bed is a great way to wake up and set a positive tone for the day ahead. We'll target a little bit of everything including neck, shoulders, spine and hips. Enjoy!

This was my second morning in a row doing these stretches and I have to say I can feel the difference, my body is not so stiff as I come out of bed and I start my day feeling much better. Thank you!

I’ve been putting off morning yoga for ages because I now live with people and feel weird about doing it in the living room. This was amazing, I did it in my room as soon as I woke up and I feel so much better. Me and my body say THANKYOU!!! 🥰🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

Hi Kassandra! Since a few years, I start every morning with your 10 min practises. Thank you for providing them!
When I am travelling for business, because of stress, long flights and heavy luggage, I need yoga even more than on any regular day. However, there is no appropriate yoga for hotels available. I believe it would be a great success to have a 5 day series of 10 min classes that can be done only in bed and standing (considering in a hotel you have only a bed and a floor you don't want to touch with hands).

This was the first video I clicked for morning yoga. Just 3 minutes in and that pose where you're in a crisis-cross apple sauce but also a front bend made me pause the entire video and breath that pain OUT !!! What a huge hip opener, and an unexpected trauma release. What a great start to my day, thank you so much!

Morning stiffness has been becoming more and more prevalent for me as years go by. Decided to do some morning stretches and yours was one of the first to pop up but worth it. Really helped!

I love coming back to this video on lazy weekends when my usual morning time on the mat goes out the window. It's quick (and in bed!) but still gets rid of some of those cobwebs from sleeping!
