Jo! I am so emotional writing this.. Finding you last year was one of my best gifts and blessings for 2021.
I battled with self esteem. I never saw myself as worthy.

This stretching session has all my favorites! I saw something about mobility with you a couple of days. When I searched this one came up. You should bring it up again! It's a perfect one to do after just waking up and doing meditation!
