Having a tight core is very beneficial for your health and fitness. Let me know if you're going to give this workout a try and how you like it!

In this video we're taking the workout outside with a sliding abs workout. I'm using a skateboard, but if you don't have one, don't worry! You can use a towel on a wood floor or on tile, or use paper plates on carpet. Gliding disks also work well.

The reason why I love sliding abs so much is that you're getting multiple benefits. Not only are you training the 6 pack, or rectus abdominis, but also the TVA, or transverse abdominis. Think of the TVA as your "internal girdle" or waist trainer. It's great for improving core strength, for injury prevention, and also can decrease your waist circumference.

For each exercise, consider rounding your back slightly to engage the abs versus engaging the hip flexors. This will make a big difference over time.

Exercises:
Pike ups
Tuck ups
Side crunches
Single-leg crunch/tuck
High plank iso hold

sometimes i do them on a swiss ball... it works too and most gyms have them and nobody uses them.

Hi Erin. I recently found your youtube channel and became a subscriber. You have now become my inspiration and trying your techniques, which I find are very effective. I just bought a pull-up and dip station that should help me with my upper body and ab workouts. Can you please do a video to show us how to use the station effectively? Sometimes I don't have the time to work on individual muscle groups, which is why I got the station so I can work arm, back, chest, and abs simultaneously on one station. Also, what are your thoughts about this particular workstation? Would love your advice.🤗
