5-Minute Walking Workout | Walk at Home | Walking Exercises for Weight Loss
Join me for this quick indoor walk. This is just 5 minutes and we will be doing walking exercises and full body moves to increase your calorie burn, this is a low-impact workout but you will feel this working. The workout uses Walking Weight Loss exercises that will help with healthy weight loss. If you are looking to lose weight it is important to combine this with a healthy eating plan.

Good morning Lucy a really lovely quick work out which I followed with your 5mins cardio. Could we get more 5mins cardio work out? I hope I'm not being selfish for asking but they are the best use of my time in the morning before housework and getting ready to go into the office.
