quick burns are always my favorite! it's so easy to get some exercise in on a busy day like this! especially for us students trying to get 5 more minutes to sleep and still move their body 😂

Cannot believe only 12 mins can be so killer. Did each exercise for 30 seconds in stead of 20 but did take longer breaks between some sets. Also, so much love to you Anna♥️

A top hack for everyone: Make your warmup strong and this workout will seem easy, I did a great warmup today and damn this workout was medium sweaty, not killer tbh. So make sure you warm up great.

Wow! What a workout 💪 😳 😅. Consistent training with Anna for 10 months has helped me get stronger. I remember lung jumps would be so hard for me, I could do maybe 2 or 3, but I was able to go through all these workouts without stopping, even the lunge jumps and curtsey jumps! 🏋‍♀️ 💪 🦵

I love your 20 on 10 off workout, especially a short one like this (under 20 min) !! I'm 55 year old and quick burn is the best I can. You have so many videos and it is hard to find short programs out of those. If you could group them I'll really appreciate!!
