for no. 4 its better to do the pushups and rows as separate exercises for better muscle isolation(yes i learnt this from sean)

gonna post my results everyday right here:
Day 1: lots of burn
Day 2: (only did a little) but very sore
Day 3: I can barely even move my arms or legs but I just finished it I’m so sore
Day 4: started doing different groups of muscles today was triceps/shoulders
Day 5: rest
Day 6: rest
Day 7: I ran for the first time
Day 8: biceps
Day 9: just doing biceps again and I’m doing 5 more reps each set
2 month update: honestly done nothing but I’m looking to get back in shape again so yea it start on dec 15th at 4:00am
March update: I’m fat asf
June 2024: I’m in decent shape, getting back again

So would you recommend lighter dumbbells for these workouts or would you recommend the most weight we could complete a set?
