Thanks for the video, and keep up the hard work man!
I do Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and we do these weird squats, they’re crazy hard.
So basically, you start with your knees bent slightly. U never stand with ur legs straight bc that resets the exercise and the muscles r no longer engaged. Anyways, you start with your legs bent, then go down to knee level. Do it for about 10-20 reps(u can add more if u need). Then without straightening ur legs, go from a little above knee level, to a little below. Then after that, without straightening ur legs, go from the furthest down u can go, to knee level.
My coach said it’s really hard bc it’s making the muscle work against itself, idk for sure about that that’s just what he said.

Broly giving him that treatment because he sees the growth he's pushing him. This is what my coach does when I'm sparring or training. It may seem much but he's making him realize the warrior within himself. That's genuine love.

Haven’t worked out since high school, I’m 23 now and have a son, and a house to take care of lol. Been hard finding time and motivation to actually do this but I really want to start bulking up and turning it into muscle and not fat. I’m going to follow this everyday starting out and hope to see results. Let’s go
