Wow!  I just stumbled upon this YouTube channel and REALLY enjoyed this workout.  I'm 59, and I was able to do all of these moves with just slight modifications (weak knees, but I'm working on that).  Thank you for posting!  This one's going on my Favorites list right  now.

I've always been a little afraid to get into fitness because it seems like so much, gyms are scary for me and longer workout sessions leave me dead so i decided to start with dmall steps, when I'm able to complete this workout without being out of breath i will tackle some more difficult routines but this has been a great first step for me, thank you

I know people are going to laugh but im so out of shape and skinny, and I tried this I was totally out of breath halfway through it !! but it was so perfect because it gave me just the right amount of push without over exhausting me as a beginner. this workout is perfect for people like me who have gone 4 + years without working out in a gym and have had kids just living life working and maintaining a household with children everyday, I was getting sloppy lazy and just doing the housewife thing along with working a part time job so I had time or energy for a gym. I wouldn't recommend this to someone who wants to drastically lose weight or is suffering from major weight problems and you want to cut pounds extremely fast or the gym junkie type that wants to get back in the gym lol but if you are like me and you were once extremely athletic and active but life hit and now you look in the mirror thinking about how you're body used to look like just 5 years ago, this is for you sweetie ! just do it, don't think about it just go place you're laptop on the counter while you're waiting for dinner to be done in the oven its that simple, and start working out. promise you will feel like you've gotten a full workout for the day. and I don't mean screaming and yelling from across the room at bad kids and cooking and cleaning all day, even tho that is also something that is easily discounted as nothing, when in fact being a full time mom is a huge workout but don't get me started on that lol

1st Day of doing this for a month before I go back to school! I'll let y'all know how it's going!

Almost 2 weeks in: I feel so much more energized and just happy to do the workouts even if I don't feel like it☺️

a month later: this was really fun to do and i lost 5 pounds ☺️☺️

This is awesome. I love doing this first thing in the morning before the kids get up and I have to get them ready and off to school. It’s not too much where you’re sweaty and gross having to bring the kids to school like a sweaty hog but it’s enough to get the blood pumping a little bit first thing in the morning and wake you up!!
