Who's ready for a brand new workout video?! I know you guys have been waiting patiently, so I wanted to give you guys a beautiful 10 minute total body workout that you can do at home!

I love these moves because they're fluid, graceful, elegant and sexy - and they remind me of dancing! I feel so confident doing them, so I know you will too!

We're gonna start with a quick ab warm up to get all those core muscles working. This no-equipment workout targets the upper abs, lower abs, inner thighs, outer thighs, shoulders, and arms!

I really liked this one! I honestly like slower workouts more, still feels like it tones but not at an overwhelming pace. Would love to see more like this

This is one of my favorite workouts! It was relaxing but I still felt like I was working muscles. It’s a great evening workout because I don’t want anything that gets my heart rate up before bed because then I’ll have trouble falling asleep. So this was perfect! I would love a longer video like this, maybe about 30 minutes, with some quick stretching throughout. Like the pike stretch was in this video. Thanks for the awesome video!

Cassey, I dont think you realise how much you help people. I've followed you since circa 2012 and I used to be super advanced, super strong, gym 2x a day. Then I started to hate the gym because I was forced into it so I got weaker, gained more weight but I definitely needed it, but lost so much muscle tone. Now I'm back to beginner again and I didnt want to do this video because I was afraid it was too hard.
This video is PERFECT, I like that it's slow, controlled, and at beginner level. Cassey, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for keeping on going. Thank you for being you and sharing your gift with the world. We love you Cassey, Sam, and George! 💕
