I've been doing your exercises for a couple of years now. I'm a certified yoga instructor, so all of your workouts are perfect for me. This lady is absolutely beautiful and incredibly fit. Does she narrate her workouts? Just curious.
I've tried a few of her Yoga classes and they are very good. Wish I would have found these workouts earlier in life. They are extremely beneficial.

I used to lift weights at the gym then got bored, this is the first home workout I've done where I actually feel my muscles fully engaged! This 10 minute workout made me feel excited about fitness again, thank you!!!

I love this routine. I had been doing private pilates classes tailored to help my core and glute weakness which caused my lower back and quads to kick in when they shouldn't be, leading to all kinds of problems, but due to the lockdown I can't go to the physio clinic. Your workouts are helping keep me challenged and on track and I love how many new moves I see in your videos. I always walk taller and feel stronger after so I know they're working.
