Some of these moves can be really challenging, so I tell myself: If Mick Jagger can do yoga and pilates at 80, so can I at 46. 😁💪 Thank you Nicole for keeping us motivated and for always reminding us on a correct breathing technique.😊

Love your classes. Please add more 10 min stretch and 15-20 min Pilates and yoga flow videos. I don’t have enough time for the longer ones and don’t like to stop mid stream and not finish out the workout without a wind down and final zen moment. Thank you for your time and efforts. You are greatly appreciated.❤

@movewithnicole I just completed the class and after following you for 3 years, I have to say this is the BEST format and style. Please, pretty please continue doing more dynamic Pilates. I loved the faster pace but still in your calm presence. My heart rate went up, good elongating moves and strength. I often have to go to other channels for that extra bit of sweat or heart rate challenge (but I still always prefer you… after all you are the best!) but todays class had it all! Thank you Nicole! Would you ever consider doing a two week challenge with this type of short and spicy workouts?! Much love from Canada!! 🇨🇦 ❤ I’m so so grateful for you.

I've been doing your classes religiously since 2020 and I feel so grateful for you! Thank you, Nicole! This dynamic and short workout was what I really needed today! How can it be so peaceful and intense at the same time?! Usually I like upper body exercises but this triceps pushup exercise almost killed me, this position was tough for me! Love, love, love your classes!
