LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE TIPS! Please keep them coming. Especially hip/groin release. I can barely open my legs 30 degrees in those hip abductor machines. So any tips to widen that flexibility would be appreciated!

I love the video. I felt instantrelief in the hip. However my dog played with the towel, rubber band released and whack me in the knee. I now need how to release knee pain video.

when my back is hurt.. i just need to go jogging everyday, just 1 week or more.. and then everything is fine no more pain.. i don't know why but I'm still doing it until now and my body feels light right now 😁👍

For what kind of hip pain is this good for? Generalized muscle/tendon tightness, DJD, arthritis, sciatica, etc?
