Thanks. I’m gonna try this one once I sit down after my walk. I’ve got extremely weak muscles from years of inactivity and poor lifestyle choices. If anyone young, below 20 is reading this, please don’t take your physical health for granted. Getting fit once you get older is so much harder. Stop saying I’ll do it tomorrow, next week, next month, next year… start today.

I do this for sciatica it does help and I push down my knee a little in fast repetitions and it's a good painful relief. Since I started doing this it has helped a lot as far as sciatica I don't suffer so much from it.

You should definitely create a website and app where users can select the area of focus, type of pain and then have your suggestions pop up on recommended stretches or exercises with some clear instructions and diagrams to illustrate, with links to your YouTube videos for more information!
