holy miracle! I've had upper hip pain on one side for the past few weeks and i stumbled upon this video.. did the exercises... I don't know if it's psychological but i felt immediate relief and able to walk normally again almost immediately! I just needed to do the proper stretches as such like in this video. I thought previously i might needed a hip replacement or something because i was slightly limping due to the pain plus having just an awful year so far so my body was shutting down.... but i am only 47! Thank God no hip replacement not yet. Thank you Dr. R! (Sorry for sounding a bit dramatic i'm just very happy right now)

Oh my goodness, these WORK!!! Thank you SO much! I was sooo stuff and having awful hip pain. I found your exercises and literally within minutes my hips and lower back no longer felt locked!!!!I managed a lovely long walk the same day. I had found it hard to get out of bed that morning! Very helpful. Been having trouble with my hips for the last few years. These exercises and stretches really seem to help. I really appreciate the work you do because it's not uncommon for people to get injured... which is going to happen pretty much no matter what you do, or don't do... and then because moving hurts so much they just stop moving. And that leads to an assortment of problems in, and of itself. You teach what to do when you're injured to get back to moving and to reduce the chances of reinjury. You provide a path to getting back to and continuing to move. Here in the US, where I live, I think that's one of the problems with the configuration of our medical system. Perhaps I'm a bit cynical, but maybe it's more profitable in a pay-to-play for-profit system to treat people when they become really sick instead of keeping them from becoming really sick in the first place.

After 4 years of pain, trips to physiotherapy and chiropractors i think these exercises are going to fix my hip pain. I was up most of the night with throbbing hip.
