I have lived with chronic bilateral hip pain for over 2 years, during pregnancy and 19months later. I have been to physical therapy, I have been tested for autoimmune diseases to try and explain my pain, steroids.. you name it. I randomly came across this video on an exceptionally bad pain day and gave these stretches a chance. I didn’t think they would work because nothing else has.

I was pain free today. For the first time in over two years. I was pain free.
I repeated them this morning and again just now. I’m still pain free. Thank you so much.

Thank you for all your great stretching tips. You give very good instruction that is easy to understand. I wish I had that rug! Since I removed all of my carpeting and got hardwood floors, I'm having trouble finding a soft spot to do these stretches. Haha I guess it's time to pull the yoga mat out of the garage!

I love the last seated exercises and hip flexors with the side bend. I noticed the previous hip exercises all target the groin . Makes sense that targeting and stretching the groin helps the hips too !! Back in my soccer days 40 years ago. Those groin and stretches were a must. Now at my age, more important than ever …thanks for keeping me young and supple…need more of the exercises for the baby boomers . I appreciate you Dr tremendously

This is the first time I watched this. I only tried the first exercise and WOW! I’m almost 70 years old and Covid has me sitting and reading. Now my hips ache and I tried just the first exercise and found it fabulous. Better than regular yoga!

Your videos are great. When I took PT they would always have to adjust my hips because one leg was always shorter than another. Have you done a video about misalignment of the pelvis?

Absolutely helpful! Took pain away.
On the exercises to pop the hip. I did not feel any pop but the exercises helped again. Is it wrong if you do not feel it pop?

Thanks a ton. I'm getting relieved from my hip pain after doing this. I got pain in left side of my hip for 18 months after teaching by sitting. Would be happy if u can suggest any other video to do along with this to help in pain reduction and continue my profession

74 years old and hurt my hip by moving my stove six weeks ago. I have faithfully been doing exercises and yoga and walking since then and while they helped me get better flexibility and strength the pain never went away but I kept doing them thinking if I just did they would eventually help. I just completed all the exercises on this video and I am now completely pain free for the first time in a month and a half. I will continue with this. Thank you so much you made my day.
