I used to be really into fitness and sports. Trauma and depression hit hard and I stopped consistently exercising for like 3 yrs. This has helped me immensely with getting back into fitness. This is my fifth day of doing various workouts for beginners from you and I already feel stronger and more flexible. As a mother of a two year old toddler who still breastfeeds, these workouts are manageable while challenging as well. Thanks so much - you are doing a great work!

I loved the roll-up, but the bridge mixed with the tabletop and taps almost had me lol I really enjoyed this workout thank you ❤
