After a few days of Lower Back Pain I could barely bend forward the slightest bit. Found this and did the exercises. Then I could bend forward and down as well, immediately! Later in the day I went to see my GP about the pain and told him how much difference these stretches had made after one try out. As I took out my phone to show him the site a couple of receipts fell out onto the floor - and without a thought I bent down and picked them up. My doc was speechless as I'd just told him I couln't bend at all that morning - but also that these stretches had made so much difference. I am 75 and I have had occasional lower back pain all my life. The last two weeks have been up and down until I saw this video. I have to say it worked miracles. Went to the gym yesterday and after your exercises I got up totally relieved from the nought that bothered me lately. youre a blessing rowe. im 20 and have thrown my back out almost 20 times. i got to the point where i couldnt even put down and empty cardboard box... passed 2 weeks youve came on my recommended been following all your excerises, do them every morning and i can touch my toes now!! TWO WEEKS and my pain that ive had my entire life is starting to go away. I LOVE YOU 😭

I'm in tears right now! Tears of joy! It is 4:30 in the morning and I've been up for 3 hours with my back. I have degenerative disc disease, neuropathy, sciatica, severe nerve damage in my back and my lower back pain is excruciating! I did a couple of these exercises and I'm standing up straight! The pain has eased and I'm not stiff anymore. I could not do them exactly as he did as it's hard to get one leg to cross over the other for me (exercise #2. That was a struggle to cross my leg over the other one as easy as he did but I did it) and they're working already! I don't believe this! Thank you so much for this video!

Dude, i have been trying other back rehab stretches to no avail. I did this only ONCE and my back pain was instantly alleviated. Im going to continue this for at least another two weeks. Thank you so much

Woke up this xmas morning with this lower back pain. This vid saved the day. This Dr. ROWE is a lifesaver!!! The 2nd demo here wiped out the pain in about 20 min.
