All my life I am struggeling with lower back pain. I am now 42 years old and its getting worse. When I am in bed and try to get up, I cry. The pain is unbearable. When I sit to long and stand, I cant walk up straight. Every day is a struggle. Last niģht on youtube I tried out the stretches of Dr. Rowe videos. I got out of bed with no pain this morning. The first in years. Thank you so much.

This is absolutely awesome! Been going to chiropractor for 20 years with lower left back issues. Hanging leg off side of bed and doing the stretch put my back in place in 5 seconds. Been doing this stretch everyday since for 15 sec in the morning. Unbelievable! No more chiropractor for me!

I’m 36 years old and have dealt with various back issues for the last 10 years, including a psoas strain, bulging discs and sciatica pain. I recently, out of nowhere, developed a pinched nerve in my far lower back. I’ve been suffering for the last several days, even with my wonderful chiropractor’s help. That last stretch gave me the first relief I've had in over a month. I am super thankful for this video. I'm overweight so a lot of stretches I can't do on a good day! I also can't go forward with my left leg while standing and barely move when sitting, but laying I am pretty good.

I have been an Ankylosing Spondylitis patient since my late teens, I’m 52 and have severe spinal issues and fusions, etc. I’m sure you can guess I’ve seen many chiropractors, pain management doctors, neurosurgeons. However, YOU have shown me a few stretches that I haven’t seen in my nearly 40 years of treatment! Just unreal and I really truly appreciate your posting these. I cannot thank you enough for this video. I have been suffering from sciatica, a lot of times excruciating pain, in my left leg for about 2 years, most likely from heavy squats. The pain has been affecting my life very negatively.
I started doing the cobra pose 5 days ago and honestly can’t believe the relief I now have. It has almost disappeared!!
I now know that I have been doing stretches that were only making things worse and were never going to help me.
I will be forever thankful to you and your knowledge.
