Walking at home doesn't mean you march in place for 20 minutes. That's boring.
You can incorporate various moves into your walking workout that will allow you to burn more calories without getting bored.
This walking exercise for weight loss 20 minutes can even keep you energetic all day long if you do it in the morning.
You only need to wake up 30 minutes earlier than normal and get your workout done.
Now, if your goal is to tone up your entire body, I would also recommend you mix it up with some strength training. Luckily, I have plenty of strength training workouts on my channel.

Thank you Sir. My 115KG body had to stop after 12 minutes, got a little rest for 5 minutes, then completed the work out. Thank you. This was doable and very interesting.

I just tried this with my husband and it was awesome. It was challenging but not boring or so difficult that it would be discouraging.

Great high energy, low impact, cardio workout with the added benefit of some muscle toning. Somewhat more challenging than a lot of the fitness walks that are out there. But not so hard that you can't keep up. And another benefit is a good brain challenge for your coordination. Ticks all the boxes. Love it!

This was fun, as I did strength with heqvy wights 2 days ago. This was perfect to be activw without too much pushing. You have all I need. Thank you Brian.

Brian... i noticed most of the time after each exercise i did, any kind of exercise, my heart rate seldom went up to above 118. Average always surrounding like 113 bpm. Could you suggest which of your program that may increase the heart rate beyond 120 or 125bpm. Eventually would like to make it up to 130bpm... should this heart rate be ‘right’ for my age. I am 57 by the way. Thanks Brian.
