I have been doing your exercises since June l have lost over 2 stone down can’t believe that l now weigh 9 stone! I am 70 years old and l feel great!❤❤

4, 11 2023 Hi Jules, This Saturday I have the luxury of not being tired and doing whatever I want, whenever I want. So, after a nice breakfast I did this workout. If it is intermediate I am even happier because it means my body is starting to get used to regular light exercises, so I could do this one today. It seems a step forward. And I also want to do one at night but even if I do not, I have already done my workout for the day. Have a nice day! Day 13 😄

You really packed this video with alot of energy in a short amount of time. I'm trying to avoid evening exercise as it seems to make me want to snack at night. I'm already up at 5am so this was perfect. Thank you@

Hello I just did this workout today you get me every time. At the end I think it's over you bow and say thank you and I sit down all proud of myself and then yo start on stretches 😅. You would think I would know by now 😅. Good work out now Im ready for a nap. It's snowing right now it's only the second snow fall of the year and it's 02/16/2024. I miss the good ole days when we got a foot or more of snow. "Sigh". Enjoy your weekend.

WOW! Thank you for a new shorter one to start my day. Great pace, music, & full body movements. Good to have a warm-up and stretching. These 20 minute ones have become my favorites for a morning start. Got my heart rate in to the upper end of my target a few times.

Bonjour Jules, merci encore de votre réponse d'hier. C'est encore mieux quand on comprend tout ce que l'on fait. En navigant d'un à l'autre de vos excellent vidéos j'ai perdu 10 livres et j'en suis bien contente. A mon âge tout ce que l'on entend c'est que notre métabolisme est plus lent et que perdre du poids s'avère difficile. Alors je suis bien contente que pour moi VOS workout et une bonne alimentation ont fait un grand bonheur dans ma vie. Merci beaucoup beaucoup et ne nous lâcher pas Jules. Bonne journée Lucie
