Today is May 18, 2022

Day 1 🤖 I have successfully completed the first day of doing this work out. I want to start off by saying that after this workout I finished, I feel nice and warm revved up ready to go to start my day to finish it off as well. I will say that my thighs are feeling the burn I will say my upper core area is feeling it as well my feet feel a little hot but not too bad or anything like that it’s because I’ve been using them this whole time constantly throughout it. I like that it only gives you one break so you’re just constantly moving and you’re constantly going and going to the very end. For me the total amount of calories that I burnt for this workout was 128 so nothing like the video said but that’s OK I guess it just shows that maybe this particular workout isn’t like I’m gonna burn a lot this is the mouth I’m gonna start off by burning but we’ll see if anything changes tomorrow or if it increases or decreases.

Day. 2 for starters, let me just tell you that my sides are in a lot of pain my core area is tight and it hurts a little bit my upper thighs under my glutes are a little bit tight as well it feels a bit irritated when I’ve been trying to do these workouts but I still successfully completed the work out so high five for me. Overall the total amount of calories did I burn for this workout was 133 so definitely more than yesterday so that’s a plus which is great I love to see an increase when I work out with the channel of all their channels that they have. I just love how intense this workout is without really making it feel intense. I’ll see you tomorrow all day three and I’ll tell you how it went for me

Day 3 I have successfully completed the third day of doing this work out. I will say that today the sides of my core area are in complete utter Lee I can tell that I’m definitely pushing my muscles to the limit to the point where they are being stretched out and having to do whatever they do. I also noticed that my thighs feel the same is sore they’re tight but they’re being stretched down there being worked out to the very best. The total amount of calories that i burned for this workout was 143 cal so that is definitely an increase compared to yesterday and the day before. I feel great I definitely feel more awake and more energized to continue my day. I’m looking forward to the rest of my day

Day 4 today I have successfully completed the fourth day of doing this work out. Why I can say how about this workout is I noticed same from yesterday parts of my body are kind of like tight and I feel like I’m pushing those body parts of muscles to their limit to feel the pain in the burn I need to feel it more in my thighs as well and in my legs on the side of my stomach and rib cage my upper arms under my shoulders are starting to feel that burn. I told him a calorie burn for his workout was 135 so that’s pretty good pretty excellent tomorrow

Day 5 omg what a workout. I definitely feel my legs and even my sides to. Which is different and new but I guess this is something new unfortunately I did not have my watch on to tell but it doesn’t matter because I can still say I successfully fulfill the workout

Day 6 my legs and my back and my whole body my arms are sore as well. Pretty much my whole body is sore it really is sore it actually felt a little difficult and challenging it felt like I went to the gym and out and this is the aftermath of. The total amount of calories did I burn for this workout was 150 so that’s great that’s wonderful my average pace was 21.12 mile I’ve never really mentioned that before in any of my workouts but I figured why not today. Overall I enjoyed it very successful and I’m excited to see how this journey will take me

Day 7 is this really the seventh day. I really cannot believe that I have an done this. I actually really made my body and maybe put myself I really felt like I actually do it song go forward or better increase stamina as well. Oh well my legs are sore my sides are sure they’re tight as well my feet are a little tight I just feel much more tighter than them my shoulders feel more tired but they’re slowly starting to feel a little relax as well as my Bluetooth feel tight like they are together and they’re strong but this workout and now that I’ve gotten used to doing this particular workout I was able to do it with my headphones in this jam to my own music while doing it and I didn’t know how fast but this workout just went by for me today. The total that I had for this workout for today was only 123 cal so not a lot compared to yesterday my little confused asking why but that’s OK I’m gonna let it go. Because I know that I was eenjoyingmyself.

Day 8 so for today. I have broke this into two section so I did the first 10 while I was at work and I did the last 10 minutes I just work out when I came home. So what I will say is that this morning when I was doing this work out I felt tired only because I was doing it at work and trying to do the work out at work was a little different and knew a little bit uncomfortable because I was in work clothes and not workout clothes. And because of that I was unable to or I should say I forgot to turn on the workout session on my app to calculate the total amount of calories that I burn. But for the second half the work out I will see you there I was feeling a burn I was a little hot not sweating or anything I will say that my back has had it still has my glutes the total amount of calories that I burnt for the second half it says 79 which is not too bad.

Day 9 I have successfully completed this exercise now what I will say about this workout is that I did this work out all the way and then I kinda didn’t stop and decided to do some more walking so my total amount of calories is probably not gonna be which you normally would’ve seen when I just follow the 20 minutes so for today I told him I’m calories that I burnt was 242 cal that was because I did the workout and I walked all the way to a store in back so I just added some more of walking distance into this workout. It was kind of fun doing a work out and then just go outside to just add some more into it you know it’s all the same walking but doing different movements cell but I’m so happy that I did the work out and then did some more to it

Day 10 I have successfully completed day 10 doing this workout. Today I felt out and I feel ready to enjoy the rest of my day. The total of my calories that I burnt for this workout for today was 115 cal

Day 11 I have successfully completed the 11th day of doing this workout. It was pretty easy no pain again. There are no sores of any kind anywhere it was just easy and fun to do I was able to watch my show while doing the workout. I told him my calories that I bought for this workout was 120 cal

Day 12 today I have successfully completed another day of doing this work out. I will say that today the size of my shoulder in my size of mine stomach felt a little tight my muscles felt more closely together as if I really had to force it in someway as almost if all of the stretchiness is gone I won’t say that I have like belly fat and all of that but it definitely feels different. I feel awake as I normally do when I do this work out and I am very happy to hear that. The total amount of calories that I burnt for this workout was 157 cal so congrats to me.

Day 13 I have successfully completed this workout for today. The total amount of calories did I burn was 134 cal overall pretty simple to the point I’ll see you in the last day tomorrow

Day 14 well I’ve completed two whole weeks of doing this work out. I’m pretty surprised by how fast time went. But I guess when you’re enjoying it and you’re having fun at this point it really does just fly by Overall what I can say is that the total amount of calories that I burnt Is 143 cal. On the total amount of distance that it says that I went for this work out is 1.38 miles. Overall this was a fun workout it started off with a real challenger and over the course of doing it day by day some days were easy some days it reverted back to being a challenge but at some point it just started to become easier and easier and more of a I can do this tight work out. I’m currently already in the words of doing another work out and their other channel it’s in their dance channel so I’ve already started doing it pretty early normally I only do one of their workout just for two weeks and then after that I go to one of the other channels and I pick some video and I just do it but I just decided why not just already start early and another one to already get a head start so if you see me on their dance channel then that’s where I am.

Recently I gone through miscarriage but started this exercise from today and will continue now daily...let's hope I'll shape up my Body again...will share once I achieve my result
