15 Minute Walk at Home Workout designed with Exercises to Lose Belly Fat. This easy-to-follow home workout is about reducing visceral belly fat for better health. The workout uses a mix of Indoor Walking Weight loss exercises and Standing Abs. In the video, I explain that to lose belly fat, you must also focus on a healthy diet, portion sizes, and consistent exercises.

WHAT IS VISCERAL BELLY FAT:
Visceral belly fat, also known as visceral adipose tissue (VAT), is a type of body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity. This fat surrounds several vital organs, including the liver, stomach, and intestines. Unlike subcutaneous fat, which is located just beneath the skin, visceral fat is deeper and not as easily seen or pinched.
Understanding about belly fat is important because of its significant impact on overall health. Managing and reducing visceral fat through lifestyle changes can lead to improved health outcomes and reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Lucy such a blessing you are! I am a digital nomad and have always used that as an excuse to not have a routine. Then i found you, no equipment or large space required! Your workouts are the only ones i stick to. One WEEK so far of 4min arms/3 min arms/7min belly fat challenge/quick ab thigh booty. About 20 mins total. Awesome awesome thank you!

Yess! I really like this one!. I'm 61 years old, and the skin of my belly, after three pregnancies, including twins, has become quite loose. There is approximately 1 kg of fat around my waist. I'm 1.53 meter and way 54 kg. I'm okay with that, just not with the muffin top... This new video is fun to do. 😅😅

Thank you, I love this one, it went by so fast. I am currently doing the 7 day drop a dress size and other 10-minute ones. These are all so much fun to do, I actually look forward to exercises now. I would like to get fit and need to lose about 10 pounds and suggestions as to what videos I should do daily?
