This 20 minute 2500 steps walking workout will help with weight loss, especially if you cater the 15 second walking intervals to your fitness level. You can walk at my pace with me, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace and jog or run before joining me again for the next exercise. This workout is all about making it your own. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2500 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).

I love your workouts and having been doing them faithfully for several years now! I've added 2 or 5 lb weights to all the short interval workouts and my latest scans for osteoporosis (nasty side effect of cancer drugs) have improved dramatically, not to forget to mention my arms look much more toned! Thank you so much, you've been life changing!!

I had to leave a note to thank you for this workout. I like the 15-intervals because they get my heart rate up. I started with your videos in March 2024. Since then, I've lost almost 70 lbs. I have 14 more to go. Thanks again for all you do.

I only had 2307 steps, but that 2307 more than sitting in my recliner. By following low carb/low sugar and doing your videos, I am down 12 lbs since 5/22. I try to do 1 hour of the videos per day, but some days, I don't make the full hour. With you having videos of different time lengths, it really helps to meet that goal on busier days. I do throw a round of golf in 2 - 3 times a weeks. Thanks so much.

You just recharged me for the rest of this week! From the first energizing note of the music, to your vibrant pink against the beachy background (it is actually windy, cold, and raining in Idaho this morning!), and your bouncing pony tail atop your beautiful smile, today's video hit all the spots. The one leg side kicks with same arm punches were welcomed, especially since you mixed up their variety throughout the video, including changing to alternating legs. Fifteen seconds for those -- even having just had my bad knee injected -- was just right. Thank you for shaving off a quarter of today's 10, 000 steps.

I love these workouts Jules you can adjust them to how you feel on the day. Sometimes I speed walk or jog, sometimes I just do a gentle walk. You always have something to keep me active so thank you 💕
