Very user friendly in every way. Easy to follow, progressive, doable for an older person (I did it at 75% speed) and fun! Thank you for this and I really feel pumped up to start the evening.

i just did this workout for the first time, I know to many it's not much but that was for me (but in a good way) Got my heart rate going, got me sweating and now to reminding myself it's about progress not perfection. Great job on the coaching Lucy !!!

'Exercise snacks' are such a good idea. I'm someone who snacks on junk food way too regularly so I'll try to switch to exercise snacking instead.

Ooh excited for this! I was just wondering whether you’d ever consider making any full body workouts using light dumbbells, I know you’re a big fan of body weight cos it’s safer for the joints but I’ve been thinking of maybe incorporating some weights every so often for some variety. I’ve looked at some other YouTube videos that have some but they’re not as good as you 😂 but ofc if you only want to make body weight that’s fine, extremely grateful for all the videos you’ve posted and all you’ve done so far ❤
