So what you can do is come back another time and see if you got more of those words. So whether you recalled one word or eight words or no words at all, you know where your starting point is.

After 4 or 5 tries over the past few months I think I finally memorized all 8 words - energy, power, alive, joy, confidence, strngth gratitude and stability. Yeah!!!! I love all your 20 and 30 minute workouts and manage to do them most days. My day isn't complete if I don't "get started". Thanks for all the effort you put into preparing these routines, Shellea.

I REALLY need to look into how your workouts work! I was doing so well until I had bronchitis and was sick for over a month and TODAY, I am gonna get back into the swing of working on loosing fat, gaining muscle and FEELING AWESOME!!!

I did this workout five hours ago and was thinking I would easily recall all eight of the words now — I remembered 6. 😮I knew the letters but couldn’t remember A for “alive” and the other S for “stability”! I hope I remember them all tomorrow! Thank you for a cool workout!

Here we go. Energy, Power, Alive, Joy, Confidence, Gratitude, Stability. Oh gosh, what was the other one. I'm gonna guess Strength, not because I remember, but because it would go with the other words. Remembering 7 our of 8 isn't too bad! Great workout today.
