Wow, that was the quickest 20 minutes ever! Well-rounded exercise routine (not for one minute suggesting that the other workouts aren't), and love the 30-second time per exercise. Great start to a Monday morning. Thank you, Lucy.

Dear Lucy. I have been following your workouts for 5 years, complete game changer. I do 30 minutes twice a week. Would you consider, very occasionally, posting a longer workout? I have a playlist with shorter workouts stringed together, but would love some lengthier versions. Thank you for everything you do, we salute you!
