Train your abdominal muscles in the comfort of your own home or on vacation. Let your abs burn and feel yourself getting stronger.

Improve yourself by getting faster from workout to workout. If you want, you can also use dumbbells for some exercises.

If you can't do the exercises for 40 seconds, do each exercise for just 20 to 30 seconds. Then you have a little break in between.

I am 62 with somewhat of a distended rectus abdominus that protrudes like a baguette and I am trying to reel it in! I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders so the planks that show up in every ab video are a no-go. I will be starting TODAY and will report back in a month!!

Lo que haces es importante para mi, por algo estas así tonificada, sigo al pie de la letra tus ejercicios y después de bajar 18 kilos en cardio, busqué como reducir el estómago flácido y he perdido centímetros multiplicando el tiempo a 50 minutos diarios. Todo sirve, muchas gracias. 🙏🏻💪🏻
