I hope you enjoy this 35 Minute Barre Cardio Workout! We will move quickly in today's class so don't worry if you have to do the class a few more times, to get used to it.

Teaching Barre was my first introduction to teaching in the fitness industry in 2017 (7 years ago now, yikes...) and this Barre Cardio format was always my favorite to teach. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Dear Nicole, don't know if you will see this. I've had an ED most of my teenage life. Ate next to nothing, hated myself, burnt myself out doing long distance running. I'm so immensely grateful for your classes. They were the first real workouts I enjoyed. You're one of the few fitness influencers who never says "lose fat!" "Burn calories". And that means a lot to someone recovering from that mindset!!! Not to mention, they help my core strength and balance so much, especially barre, which is important in running! Thank you!!!

As a former dancer and teacher, now 65 yrs old and retired, I love all your workout videos. They keep me in shape! Most of all the exercises are well crafted, well thought out and SAFE. Hi Nicole, I actually really DIDN'T want to work out today as it's supposed to be my rest day, but Type 1 Diabetes and insulin resistance had other plans... This video was exactly what I needed - low impact but still got my heart rate up and my blood sugar down! I started the video with high blood sugar and a lot of frustration and ended calmer and in range! All this to say, thanks, your videos have such a positive impact on us all!

This is my second day working out after months of no motivation. I'm not sure if i can keep this up daily but i promise to do my best. If im being honest your tuts are probably my all-time favorite! I love the fact that i can consider this fun. This video did not revolve around loosing weight which i am very grateful🫶🏼

I was in the best shape of my life until I was in a car accident back in December. It's taking forever to heal and I've only been able to workout a few times per week these past couple months.
