Today was the day I hit my goal weight. I have lost 15kgs. It wasn't so much about trying to achieve a certain look, but I live with chronic back and hip pain and needed to do it to lower the pain. I want to thank you personally for taking care of the workout side of things for me. I have done your videos daily and it has made such a difference. I used to struggle getting through them all, but now I'm strong enough to do them! Thank you ❤

Thank you so very much for your commitment and dedication to your craft. Your love and selflessness for all you do is evident in your uploads. When you think about it, you have to design the workout - from the basic move to gradually progressing to the true movement required, then execute and finally layer your voice on top of the edited footage and upload for your "students" 😊. I appreciate your effort and willingness in ensuring our overall wellbeing while putting a smile and sometimes a clenching of jaws 😆 on the faces you cannot see. This was my first workout after being on strict bed rest from an emergency appendectomy 3 weeks ago. It was perfect. I felt the burn without straining my abdominal muscles too much or putting jolting movement on my still-healing incisions. Thank you so much for getting me moving again! ❤

I had a hip surgery 4 months ago, my left leg was smaller that the other because I didn't use the muscles for a long time. I was really addicted to swimming but with the lockdown the swimming pools are still closed and I had no chance to make my rehabilitation. I discovered your channel and the pilates, I practice every day and after 3 months I completely recovered my musculature and my posture. I am really grateful to you Nicole, thank you for your amazing job!

Just dropping in to say I love this workout. I know it's more repetitive than others, but as a weight lifter (who will do the same sets of exercises for 10-12 weeks at a time) I appreciate doing the same exercises again. It's a good way to ensure you have the movements down and lets you focus on form. Thanks for offering such a great variety of routines on top of all the other awesome things you do.

I used to go to OTF 5x's a week and I stopped because I don't I like to look bulky. Since working out with Nicole I'm noticing a longer leaner frame especially in my stomach area, back and legs. Thank you!!

I cancelled my gym membership recently and I have been looking for a good workout, that is easy enough to follow but still a proper workout. This is it!
