This was perfect. I used to be fit (spinning) many years ago. Then I had thyroid cancer in 2017 which knocked me down. Then we found it had spread to my neck lymph end of 2020. After this we discovered I had a paralyzed vocal cord in the mid-position which makes breathing fast difficult. I have felt so weak and 'old' for my 50 years that it has become very depressing. I hope these exercises will get me back on my feet. It's my birthday this week and a good time to turn things around.
