Just an update for everyone, I started doing this 2 weeks ago and I've lost atleast 2 inches off my waist, with a visibly flatter belly than before! (no diet whatsoever)
Keep going guys, it's a really effective workout.

I did this workout every day for the last 14 days and lost 2 inches around my tummy. I did not change my eating habits and did not lose weight - so the inches off definitely came from the workout. I want to try some of Sally's other workouts too. Excited to see measurable results so quickly. Thank you, Sally!

Hey you don't even know how grateful I am for your workouts I am a breast cancer survivor that weighed 285 after treatment I was experiencing chest pain just from walking 2 - 3 blocks Now I am down to 198 and still exercising hard using your workouts. Alright I’m going to try this workout because I’m fat

Day 1: ✅ It wasn’t easy but it burned and I loved the feeling I’m feeling good

Day 2: ✅ same as day one it was a little easier

Day 3: ❌ I went to a friends house but got home late so I didn’t do it

Day 4: ✅ for some reason it was really hard to finish without pausing but I did it

Did this for 4months almost every day and lost most of my stubborn belly fat plus love handles ..moving in to the 15 min standup ..really enjoy doing it

Day 1:🎉🎉🎉 I did so well today. Not very easy but I didn’t cheat. Will come back for more updates
Day2: I did well, but Ey this workout is not easy
Day3: I actually felt the burns during the exercise today but completed it.
Day4: I feel like a rockstar!
Day5: I’m so happy, it’s starting to feel a bit easier! And I can actually feel the difference in my waist.
Day6: I took a 2 days rest during the weekend. And started day 6 on Monday. It wasn’t too bad.
Day 7: All the exercises are easier for me now and my yoga pants are getting a bit loose in the waist 😅
Day 8: ✅✅✅ forgot to update
Day 9: I really feel great 🥹 (the workout is working!)
Day 10: My work pants are officially loose around my waist 😁

I been doing this workout for 1 week and I loss an inch around my waist so far. I no longer have a fupa showing in my pants. 😂 People have been complimenting me and telling me that they notice that my waist got smaller and my stomach got flatter & they say it looks really great on me! I was skeptical but had nothing to lose but belly fat, so I did the 14 day challenge (only skipped one day 😬). I took a before and after pic and I truly can say IT WORKS!!! My love handles have noticeably shrunk! Thanks for this video and making an impact in my workout in my problem area!

It's been 7 days and i can the changes. Not just my love handles but also my inner thighs and upper back fat is losing. Great workout. Can't wait to finish 14 day challenge.

Age Late 60s
I suffer from fibromyalgia/chronic pain...but here goes! Start date 1st March 2023.
At start: Waist 28" Belly/Muffin 35" Height 5'5"
Day 1: Did it!
Day 2: Ooh some muscle pains in ribs, but managed the routine.
Day 3: Muscle aches not so bad. Did the routine.
Day 4: So fatigued today, and achey, not sure I can do it
But I did it!
Day 5: Struggling with pain and fatigue, but completed routine.
Day 6: In pain from gardening, but managed the routine. 6 days in now!
Day 7: Tough again today, but did the routine.
Edit:
I got up to day 10 and had lost an inch off my waist! Then pain from the fibromyalgia stopped me. I had to concentrate on getting the pain under control.
24th March. I started the routine again, and will update again in a few weeks.

My loves, i just wanted to share that this workout really works wonders! I've been practicing it for the past month, and I'm truly amazed by the results. Always remember to tune in to your body and practice patience with yourself. It only takes one small habit added to your routine to start seeing the changes. I strongly believe it's more about the mental aspect than the physical one. One you start doing things for your own well being this is when the results will last💗

Been doing this workout regularly and I'm seeing results!!! I always add this workout at the end of any other workouts I'm doing and it's been a game-changer!! Try it for at least 14 days! Edit: officially lost 4 pounds with only this work-out! I've been trying a few different online workouts for 2 years and I kept of gaining weight. First time I'm losing some! feels amazing!

I at first couldn't go through the 3rd workout without feeling I'm going to pass out. Now I can go halfway! I still feel nauseous and dizzy, but it's getting better :)

Did this workout for 2 weeks straight and definitely see great results! No changes on the scale but I feel a difference in my stomach and back area. I see definition and feel so much slimmer!! Definitely doing this everyday

I’m a mom of 6 at 36 and as much as I’d love to lose weight weighing at 155 I really just need to lose my thighs and belly inches. 10 minutes is about all I can spare. Thank you for this video. I’m hoping it helps me. Day 1 down. Here’s to trying to stay motivated and get it done.
