I am not in my 50s I am only 19 but I used to be very athletic then I had an accident in my school prom, I fell down the hole stairs from beginning to end and I went to the hospital directly. My knees got hurt so bad and my ankles so I hardly could walk and all my sadness was usually gone after eating vegan junk food. I gained 20 kilos and can't do the exercises I used to be able to do. I needed something simple and I thank god that I found your channel. You are a blessing. Even though they are very simple compared to what I used to do this is the most I can do because I cant bend my knees anymore. But with those exercises I am planing to strengthen my legs again and I have gained passion again, I want to lose all the weight I gained and become fit again. Thank you for the lovely video and thank you for having an adorable smile ❤️❤️❤️

Today was day 1 and I absolutely LOVE IT! I had a stroke in 2012
I recovered really well BUT now that I’m near 60 years old I really wanted to firm what I have left your work out is PERFECT! Thank you😊😊😊❤😊😊😊

I've been dealing with a series of very stressful events and self care sometimes goes out of the window. There are some days I'm so overcome with anxiety that I don't want to get out of bed. I've discovered that if I turn on your channel the minute I wake up, it really helps. I don't always get out of bed right away but letting your positive affirmations just wash over me is so helpful and encouraging. Once I'm out of bed your channel stays on in the background until I feel good enough to tackle a little workout, some days I feel good enough to tackle a couple in a row. I'm convinced that working out with you and your positive attitude has got me through some difficult days. I can't thank you enough for that.

I am 63, for the last 2 years I have been dealing with flattened pads in my lower spine causing nerve pain in my legs. Always very careful not to over do it. My Dr recommended your videos 2 months ago. Yeah I am a procrastinator, finally did this video, all of it. Did a few moves I haven't done in a long time. Thank you, I WILL be back. This will help a lot.

I’m so happy I’ve discovered these videos . I’ve never been able to stick to other workouts . They were either too long too stressful and hard on my joints. But these are amazing and after I finish one, I’m ready to start another one. Thank you, thank you !!!

I started using this site in February half way through our second lockdown. Am now completely hooked. I Iove that there are so many choices of workout and I put together a few each day depending on how I feel. I started with 30 mins a day and now up to 45 mins and trying to do every day and if I have to miss a day I’m disappointed. I was 63 last week and am feeling fitter than I have for years I can even touch my toes now. Thanks for the inspiration and making the routines fun and doable.

I am 58 and just found your amazing videos in December. I feel like I’ve left myself go and didn’t think I could find my way back. But I’ve been exercising to your videos 5 days a week and ballroom dancing the other 2 days. Exercising with you has made me feel good about myself AND is making me a better dancer. Love to you.

I’m so thrilled to have found Fabulous 50 interval workouts! I spent this last month trying to find a really good interval 10 min exercise program for older women, and have been so disappointed. I am a young 75, and was finding that most workouts did a reduntancy of knee bending exercises, practically every other exercise, which caused my knees to react. ScHellea, you have put together such great, well thought out short interval exercises! There is nothing like yours out there.. A million thanks to you! Sharon Carlin

This workout is brilliant, I have made myself do it twice a day since the 14th June, I cannot even describe how much better I feel, actually it is amazing the difference, & the music is fabulous, just makes you want to keep moving !! thank you SO much. Not too bad for being 74
