Hi Natasha! Good morning! I tried the zumba 15 minutes work out. My thoughts are I'm sticking to your 10 minutes zumba class, for me the 10 minute zumba is more affective for my body. You are so awesome!! ❤️ I have tried working out so many times, and It's labeled easy and kills me to where I am exhausted and way too sore to do the next day and just quit!! This is fun and easy but no so much so I am not sweating and definitely felt worked!! I will continue lifting weights for my arms, because that's a favorite, but this is gonna be my daily, I loved it!! I love this and am going to try doing it. I have RA and haven’t been able to go to Zumba classes because they were too hard for me to do. After watching this video, I feel confident I can do this Zumba routine. There’s a couple moves towards the end I may not be able to do but I’m going to try. Praying this works for me. I love your videos. Finally I found something perfect for me. I had plantar fasciitis or heel spur many years ago. So I stop doing vigorous exercise and gradually gain weight. When I found your channel and I tried it straight away and It works for me. My energy and mood got better just by doing it in 5 days now.
