I love starting my day with your workouts. I have serious back issues and didn't believe exercising would make a difference. After doing PT, I became a believer. Now I start every other day with one of your exercise routines. I love your constant reminders to "make it my own", which I do.

Please please make a standing dumbbell full body workout for not beginners but not in shape yet. I do your videos and love them but can’t do the floor and can only do one of your videos 50 min full body but still has floor I modify to other things ❤️

I’m never on time but

I didn’t feel like working out today but I still pushed through my physical therapy stretches, 20 minute yoga, and finished off with this video. No regerts.

Great standing ab workout!! I also loved how it worked on "balance", as a 64 year old, it is important to stay upright and help prevent falls. Claudia, your reminders of what part of the exercise to inhale and exhale are life savers! Thank you both so very much!!
