i've been sleep deprived the whole week and could barely find energy to work out. i started doing the 20 minute workouts and always failed to finish them so i figured 5 minutes is better than nothing. with my current low energy it was hard to get through but i am thankful for this video and channel, it makes a difference in my day

I've tried this exercise several times already and I absolutely love it 💗!
It is so effective that I can feel the burn in such a short time. I wish I could hit Like button every time I do this.

I am loving the short 5 minute workouts it works for me so well, Thank you again and I will be going through these over the next week as I am part of a Hauora journey which is health journey. After I week I have lost weight and feeling so strong. I went out to the community garden and over the last month I could only do limited movements, now I can squat while harvesting, move more strongly. I have noticed that being vegan has added a little more oompfh in my daily life feeling empowered and confident

Amazing workout as usual <3 Could you please consider doing more wrist friendly pilates workouts? I love plank, downward dog etc. but sometimes my wrists hurt and I would really like to have some alternatives. Thank you so much for what you do!
