I walked an hour on my treadmill, did your 15 weight (beginners) and ended with this one...I also changed the way I eat. I have lost 90 pounds!! Thank you for all of your help and motivation.

I've been coming back to this ab workout for 8 years and it's still the best. Abs for 30 minutes is insane but this one has flattened my tummy and adds a little cardio and legs. Wonderful

I hate videos that go from on the floor back to standing, it takes me a lot longer than the average joe to get up and down so I really appreciate videos that are all standing or they do all the floor moves at once. You are very motivating thank you for these awesome videos!

I have been doing this exercise everyday for a week, alongwith planks (up to 35 sec)eating healthy (no snacks)..and lost 1" on my waist line. My jeans weren't tight on me today. Love Hasfit workouts!!

I have an Ankylosing Spondilitis ( a chronic inflammatory disease affects the spine and the lower back joints ) since 09/2016 and I am doing these standing workouts for more than 7 months 5 times weekly. The floor abdominal exercises are risky to my spine. I'm a dermatologist and know some healthy tips about exercises. I can't forget to mention that I am also doing your lower back rehabilitation exercises daily, day by day without laziness.These exercises are a recommendation from my rheumatologist and physical therapist. This is a fairly easy workout and at first you don't feel anything. But doing it regularly you can feel it working your abs especially the lower abs. Really good workout. Thanks coach!
