I have been doing your range of videos daily for over a year. Targeting different areas 4-5 times a week. I cut out sugar and white flour products and eat 'closer to keto diet '☺️. There is a huge difference in my fitness level and my body compared to friends my age. I'm 50. C'mon everyone you can do it!! It is easier every day.

I always do this at night. I lost 5kg. From 65 to 60. Since december, im doing this exercise and another. It really works for me. This is the best. You just need self discipline, motivation, and inspiration to do what's best for you.

Day 1:✅ It was my first day so yes, it was very hard but I'm keep going!
Day 2:✅ It was easier than yesterday but it was still hard.
Day 3:✅ It's became easier and easier day by day!
Day 4:✅ It was child's play today!
Day 5:✅ It was actually very enjoyable!
Day 6:✅ It was more difficult than yesterday, because I had really tiring day.
Day 7:✅ It was my last day so I can say I really see results when I look at the mirror! Thank you, Roberta! ❤

Day 1: Completed ☑️ 10:30pm feeling 💪🏾
Day 2: Complete ☑️💪🏾🙏🏾 (all workouts = 1hr 30mins total)

I did this workout for past 1 month, but I didn't complete full but I did for 10 minutes daily. Even then I lost 2 kgs. It is really helpful. Perfect start for abs. And the next month I lost 1 kg..And the next month I lost 1 kg. So it's gives me result.And it's perfect for me.
