Mizi you are the best instructor who teaches soft yet firm exercises. These days, as I get older, my thighs are losing elasticity, wrinkles are forming on both my inter thighs, and cellulite is starting to appear. lately staling veins are visible on my calves and my ankles are swollen. Anyway, please create exercises for firm thighs and slim calves and ankles. I'm always sharing your amazing videos. It's easier to follow and your exercise made me sweat quickly because I don't get sweat easily. I like standing exercise. This way I can watch your movement not missing out any and I will be able to exercise comfortably!
Your workout is the best for me, so I'm posting a request for a new combo thigh, calf, and ankle exercises. I hate my calves and thick ankles. I am again looking forward to new video!!!💜T🧡H💚A💛N💙K🤍U

I just completed my 83 rd day of belly workout today ! Feeling just right 15 minutes a day belly workout alternated with middle splits and back bending on alternate day ! Each day 30 minutes workout just perfect for me !

Completed 83 rd day of belly workout excluding all those 11 resting days !


Finally I am so so happy ! To see my consistency at least three things this month !

1. Exercise
2. Meditation
3. Study

Completed my these monthly Target 🎯 somehow I couldn't follow the disciplined routine for their completion of I had a discipline I would complete it all by 20 th of August only !

Somehow it's always difficult for me to sleep early and get up early even if I get up early I sleep back till afternoon! Somehow I am trying to discipline my mind body to sleep early and get up early in the morning 🌅🌄 to get best healthy benefits and complete my target before the planned time ! When I have a free time I complete my task but without following a disciplined healthy routine I complete it anytime in a day and that's not very healthy and planned systematic approach to complete aim and plans ! Anyways I completed my study not just study books but spiritual book target too this month so I am happy with that progress and improvement in myself when you have lots of free time its difficult to discipline the mind I am talking about me myself because once my mind knows I dint have to get up to study work it sleeps back knowing it's a free day and there I can't resist my sleepy mind to slip in and resist the temptation !

Day 2 (28/11/2023 Morning) ❤❤
(28/11/2023 Evening)
Day 3 (29/11/2023 Morning) I can feel a firm tightness in my waist, sweat is there, feeling relax n a bit light light idw why.
Day 4 : (30/11/2023) sweat was there, felt ok ok.
Day 5: (01/12/2023), feeling a bit tightness in stomach, onwards will focus on healthy diet to get good n effective results
I'll follow :
Drinking good amount of water
Cut of spicy packed food from shops
Control of the intake of oily products
Day 6 : a lot of sweat 😓 (02/12/2023), feeling good, need to control diet to get good results early.
Day 7: (03/12/2023) feeling well a kind of tightness in waist I can see, belly fat is reducing slowly, .
Day 8: (04/12/2023) somehow I did, this is effective, but belly fat is still there I need to do more

It's been a week and two days since I started working out with routine. I'm noticing changes already! i have a medical condition that made it seem impossible to get my beautiful "before mommy" shape back. My body is finally snapping back to it's original size! Thank you Mizi🙏🙏❤❤

Thank you for this. I have very bad carpel tunnel on both hands and my doctor has said I cannot do planks or pushup because they cause my problems to my wrist and hands. I have had to replace my workouts and luckily found yours. I get a good sweat and feel my muscles ache after working out so it definitely is doing something

Day 1 - i finished it and i kinda skip sometimes cuz its hard for my body but in the end its worth it! This made me sweat like a lot

Day 10 of the July workout plan : Done ✅
Even though the full day is not productive at all still i woke up from the bed to do the And also i love my current body a lot... I have that 26 in waist and 11 line abs too thank you mizi for everything ❤❤❤❤
