Awesome stretch, Buddy is not distracting at all. He is adorable. I have two cats that are always on my mat when I’m trying to exercise. I just work around them.

And once again Schellea thank you for the new stretch. I'm a big fan of your stretch videos. This one did help me. Yesterday was not a great day for me and I also missed my workout so I was extremely happy when this one showed up in my notifications today! Buddy is so wonderful, and sometimes he's just what I need. So big hugs to him.❤

I loved this 10 min stretch exercise. We do these stretches in our Parkinson’s exercise classes. Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinsons.

This popped into my feed this morning, and I really needed it. I was feeling unrested this morning and just wanted to procrastinate doing my “to-do” list. I also didn’t even want to do this routine! But in the back of my mind, I knew if I DID do it, it would help change my outlook and attitude. It totally did! Now I’ll eat a healthy breakfast and get out the door! Thanks Schellea and Buddy!!

Fabulous! I found this stretching very relaxing and beneficial after a 17 hour flight (in economy) followed directly by a 4 hour drive home. I arrived home stiff and in pain. I am slowly but unsurely unwinding thanks to your guidance. Thank you🥰

I ❤ your workouts. So much variety I never get tired of them. I would love it if you could do some resistance band exercises as well. Seems like most of the videos I find on YT are not for us older people.
