Anyone who wants to go at a slightly more moderate pace, you can use the settings gear wheel on the bottom right of the video and change Speed to 0.75. That helped me enjoy this practise more as the breathing and movements were a bit too quick for my body. I really like this flow. Thanks Sarah Beth!

SaraBeth, I'm on week 6 of your yoga tutorials and this is the first flow I've attempted. I actually could keep up. I'm surprised. I didn't think I could. I started back then stiff, tired, and over weight. Combined with a calorie deficit meal plan I've lost 16lbs, lowered my blood pressure, and even my A1c. Imagine that! I am up to one hour a day usually split into 30 minute sessions. I thank you again from the bottom of my heart. -thecat

I have a not great relationship with my body. I’ve been suffering from a lower back injury for almost 10 years now and have developed chronic fatigue syndrome. I only got about six minutes into this practice until I had to stop. But I know that if I do it every day and push myself a little everyday I’ll get better. Thank you Sarah Beth!

Good flow! I do wish you would have done the voice over for the last vinyasa. I have a hard time remembering, and can't really look at the screen 😉

This 10 minute video made me sweat so much! Haven't had a good workout in a long time and I love that I am using my whole body to move. Great work and excited for all your new stuff! I do want to make a video request for a short Svasana video that we can watch after doing your other routines. I know some of the videos end with a svasana pose but it is up to the viewers if they want to do it or not. With a video dedicated to it, and with your soothing voice and maybe good background music, I think it will be helpful for many of us and really force us to lay down, rest and absorb all the goodness yoga just did to our bodies. Thanks and welcome back!
