Ashton will guide you through an accessible beginner yoga class geared towards beginner yogis where you'll practice key yoga poses and also break down important alignment tips, along with helpful modifications to help you access each yoga pose.

This video surprised me. As I was doing yoga with the Aston I began to be a little self-conscious about how far I was able to stretch, but every time I felt this way I heard her say that it was okay. It was okay to not be in the same place or not be able to stretch as far as I would like. It was very comforting and allowed me to relax more. Thank you!

Love this Yoga teacher. There are so many videos out there but the way the teacher instructs and asks you to make adjustment is what makes a good class different from a great class. Thank you Ashton!

I really liked this beginner class. I will admit I'm not the most flexible person so holding downward dog and plank was challenging for me, but pacing my breathing helps a lot. Once it was over, I could feel how open and stretched my body felt compared to before the class. I found myself relaxed to the point where I yawned a couple times lol!

I loved this video! She was easy to follow and really helped break things down step by step so that I understood everything. I loved following the breathing techniques, it helped me stay calm and focus on the yoga poses.
