I really like these beginner videos. When I started yoga I just jumped right in and skipped over beginner stuff cause my body felt capable of it, but there is something special about beginner practices. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this session. I have injured my shoulder and my knee and am finding it difficult to complete my daily yoga sessions without straining my sore joints. This was lovely and I felt relaxed and loose after the session. Namaste.
