I like the way the video mentions studies or other items I can search, so it isn’t a whole pile of “It’s true, trust me!” that a lot of the more bait type videos on this topic present.

Also I like the unhappy face animations like the videos on various apocalypse stories that share this style on other channels with the same narration. 😶

Yes calories in vs calories out is actually all there is to it!!! That's how i lost weight, never cared about fat or carbs, i was eating lots of protein and making sure i was burning more calories then i consumed and it it just fell of me 😂 Sure you can uptimize and lose way more than i did, but to just lose fat all you really need to know is to burn more calories than you consume
