this needs to be a major psa to anybody; the pictures she showed were all mostly major k pop idols. these idols are surrounded by unhealthy “diets” (usually which they are starving themselves for days at a time) and a toxic pressure to be a certain weight. filters as well as surgery exist and they should be taken into account. while the tips she showed are all healthy things and anybody should do, it will not make you lose weight rapidly without a proper diet and exercise routine. you are worthy and beautiful, don’t let the media pressure you into changing what’s beautiful

I lived in Korea for a year and I can tell you truthfully that most of my female friends who were about that weight chose not to eat at all. You can definitely try these as they are great tips. But at the end of the day it's calories in calories out and if you are trying to be the size of an idol, they do it by not eating. Not healthy at all. Please be careful.

yeah dont say easy and healthy ways to lose weight but then put kpop idols. momo ate ice cubes for a week to lose weight. somi was eating like a piece of bread and a fruit and lost like 10 pounds in a week, btw the healthy weight to lose per week is about 1.5 lbs max, said by a trainer. dont rush or force yourself to lose weight quickly, you will develop an eating dispenser

Guys, be careful with drinking too much water. I am not saying that 2L water in a day is the limit, but always be aware of your body. Water intoxication is real, that is why even though hydration is essential, don't overhydrate yourself. Everything that is too much is poisonous as the saying goes.

Now I am gonna tell you the real secret to lose weight: don’t do diet cause that’s only for a short period and then you will eat normal again and that’s not good to loose weight, instead eat whatever you want, but have control on your eating. Be happy the way you are and dress yourself the way it suits your body type. Love yourself because there are ppl who live without two arms, legs, etc. so instead of hating, be thankful. Don’t starve yourself, because you just torture yourself and nothing else. <3

Actually, since you showed mostly k-pop idols I found that interesting! Most k-pop Idols companies make them lose weight in extremely unhealthy ways, many k-pop idols are fat-shamed even though they are completely healthy. I’ve seen a documentary once of a k-pop trainee and she was surviving on literal water! So, please 😅 Think of this before you try to obtain that “perfect” body the same way some did. Might I remind that some idols lose weight healthily!

Regardless of whether you wanna loose weight or not, fruit can be really good as a snack. For example try making a fruit salad with whipped cream, it’s so good!

I workout for at least 10mins a day and take rests once a week. I've been doing this for at least 3 years now since covid started and now I'm happy with my body. For anyone wondering I'm 162cm and 49kg.
