Full Body Pilates Ballet Yoga Fusion workout is a dynamic blend of exercises that combines the core strengthening principles of pilates, the grace and precision of ballet, and the strength, flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. This mind body workout incorporates total strength, flowing movements that emphasize posture, balance and controlled breathing. We move through a series of sequences that engage the entire body, focusing on elongating muscles, improving alignment and increasing overall strength. The fusion approach not only tones and sculpts the body, but also promotes mental clarity and a sense of calm, making it an ideal practice for holistic well being.

"Mainly a pilates flow with some ballet inspired movements. Some detailed elongation and external rotation. We also do some upper body strengthening with some power yoga moves. So pretty complete full body workout. Mind Body Soul Flow."

Perfect🤩. I really want classes like this, beside of yoga flows this is important to practice different types of exercises, its helps to flow fluently in yoga sequences. Thank you for sharing and Namaste dear Sanna🙏🏼🍀🥰

What an awesome practice Sanna…I was travelling to China 🇨🇳 for the past two weeks & wasn’t able to practice with you but now I am back & so much catching up to do with all your practices that I missed in the past two weeks. This ballet 🩰 style yoga practice was so fulfilling for the entire body starting with the core, legs, hips & the back. Next time you should probably add a pirouette to the passe. 😁Thank you so much for always being there & sharing your practices 🤍👩🏻🖤🍑💋👌🏻🙏🏻💪🏻🥰😇

A day after practising and my hip flexors are sore! This was a great one! Please make these ballet and Pilates classes a regular along with vinyasas 🍀✨🤌
