I've done this one before, but doing it again, reminded me that it's one of my favorites. I love dancer workouts! I especially like that I don't need a bar. Perfect length, perfect flow, I feel like a dancer in my mind. Please do more!

It’s so weird how I love doing any cardio - running, spin classes etc. But I really hate muscle toning - and you are literally the first person that makes me enjoy it 😂

I was terrible at ballet when I was a little girl, but this dancer workout helped me to feel the beauty of being a dancer! I love how you use your creativity to design new, thoughtful workouts every time with beautiful background music and your loving voice as a guide. I love pilates now too. Thank you so much!

Dear Nicole, I celebrate 3 years this month of practicing with you on a regular base. It's the longest period of time I am doing classes or pilates since I quite ballet school 29years ago. Thank you very much.

Nicole, I have to tell you that I appreciate all your effort in your videos. I do not enjoy the gym, and have come to realisation Pilates is just for me. Since I found you none of your workouts have let me down. This was probably one of my favourites because it took me back to ballet classes when I was a kid. Thank you so much ❤

I really appreciate the variety in your workouts and how you manage to make me feel like I'm in the studio with you. Some channels feel like they're just showing off their skills, and although you make the workouts look effortless, I don't feel discouraged or put off if I can't replicate your strength and flexibility. Rather, you make me feel like it's OK to do what's right for me that day, and that (and again, the variety--some days I want to sweat, some days I really need a good stretch) keeps me coming back. Thank you so much for your workouts!

Love the variety of work outs you do. I usually get bored of doing just one type of workout. Just feel so great afterwards
