Remember, everyone, your movements don't need to be amazingly extensive like everyone else at the start. Start small, and work your way up. I wish you all good luck on your pilates journeys.

I love this workout! When you have 3 x 12 or 15 and since you are alternating legs/arms is it 12 or 15 total or per arm/leg?

Hi, i know i'm late but i wanted to ask a question. During the Pilates workout i all most felt no pain, and barley tried (not trying to flex aha) but i just wanted to know if you think i'm doing it wrong, or i just very strong (i'm also a gymnast) Thank you!!
