In this very quick workout you will be working the entire body all on the mat while holding your posture, learning elegant flowy arm movements & improving your extension 🥰

I am offering online group & private classes! The group classes will be every Monday and Friday at 19:00 (Berlin Time) Classes are both 60min long AND GROUP CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED IF YOU MISS ONE💕💕

| MONDAY | Flexibility Yoga Flow (Vinyasa + Yin Yoga) 19:00-20:00
| WEDNESDAY | Yoga/Pilates Flow 19:00-19:40
| FRIDAY | Ballet Workout 19:00-20:00
| SATURDAY| Pilates Flow 17:00-17:40 & Beginner Yoga Flow 18:00-18:40
*All classes are on Berlin Time.
| PRIVATE CLASSES |
Offering a range of classes from jumping/rotations, spinning, ballet, yoga, pilates, spiral & flexibility training. Classes range from 30min, 40min, 45min & 50min 60min. Whatever time and day.

| ONLINE FIGURE SKATING CLASS |
Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)
How it works:
With my obstbot tripod, my phone can follow my movements on the ice, so you are able to see what I am doing during the lesson.
