Previously in my pregnancy I was following your longer 30minutes lessons, but now near the end I just stick with the 10 mimutes ones or this one :) Just feel like no strength for more. Just imagine some lady with huuuuge belly 2 weeks before the birth date trying to do the same at this movie. Yup, somehow following. Thank you
